"I've been with state farm off and on over the years, but this agent's office is a cut above the rest. They aren't always the cheapest and yet if I call them up they are more than happy to help and even say as much. They even will be honest about pricing as you fight through the piles of options. I constantly keep coming back even if they are 100 bucks higher (for a 6month claim) you know why? Because when I got rear ended and didn't have full coverage, who helped me get the mini tort owed by the other driver...Clint from Stephanie Robars office. How about the time I was shopping for insurance and couldn't really decide between the 3 lowest carriers with the same coverages?... Clint from Stephanie Robars office. No, not Jake from State farm. CLINT from State Farm. I went with it because not only were all the monthly payments the same but my comp deductible is lower and you don't have to just accept whatever they pay you they do have systems in place where you can wait for the adjuster OR compare 3 year/make/model and trim sales from dealers in your area and because my model was more caught after in my area and a car that sustains is value longer (Toyota) I actually ended up getting a smidge more than blue book (before the deductible) and I'm not driving to some expensive 2026 Toyota. They help me get the coverage I need that best suits my driving and my budget. So the company is good enough but the office is great. I smoked 2 deer in 6 mo and my rate never went up because of it and they handled all the paperwork and made a very stressful thing feel like nothing at all. And THAT is worth the little bit extra every month, that piece of mind that they will do everything they can to help. Great job you guys, you do great work."
